Hi there. I understand your concern. You definitely require second dose of anti-D vaccine in your second
pregnancy. It doesn’t matter the gap between first pregnancy & the second. The viability of anti-D
injection is temporary only as they are prepared immunoglobulin’s. You have to take again in 28 & 34 weeks
