hypertension and high sugar levels

	I am a 47-year-old married woman. My doctor told me that I have hypertension and high sugar levels. How can I limit both risks? I am overweight 85kg.

Please consult a dietician or nutritionist to get a good diet both for your weight and sugar level. Regular exercise like brisk walking about 15 to 20 minutes every day will help. Take medicines, which are prescribed, regularly. Please consult your GP for further assistance. Monthly evaluation of blood sugar levels and blood pressure are needed.
