hives once a month

	What causes you to have hives at least once a month? Have had allergy test done and was not allergic to anything. It is a mystery to the doc. what is causing the break outs. They come on out of no where and spread fast down back, arms, legs. Have to seek medical help sometimes because they are worse than others. Can you help?
