having symptoms of dizziness headaches and joint pain and stiffness

	I am a 34 year old female...having symptoms of dizziness, headache and joint stiffness..what could it be? have been having the joint stiffness for a week and the dizziness and headache for a couple days. the episodes of dizziness have been pretty severe.
