do i have lyme disease/heart palpitations/muscle weakness/dizziness when standing

	i think i was bit by a tick about 3 months ago. symptoms began around the same time. dizziness when standing/fatigue/heart palpitations/muscles in legs are very sore when standing

	Answer by Dr Noopur S, MD (doctor) on Mon 13, Oct 2008 06:41am: Hi, Thanks for writing. It is very difficult to tell if your symptoms are due to lymes or not. These symptoms could also be due to uncontrolled high BP. Is your BP under control? These symptoms at the moment are nonspecific however muscle soreness does occur in Lymes disease and also you have a history of tick bite. It will be worthwhile to get yourself clinically evaluated and undergo tests for Lymes disease. Take care!
