dizzy, nausea, headache and right bundle branch block

my boyfriend has been dizzy and nausea for the past 2 days.When he turns his neck, he experiences spinning sensation.Last night he got suddenly tired, pain around the eyes,dizziness, nausea and slurd speech, saying things that don't make sense.He had few alkocholic drinks. His EKG was abnormal-right bundle branch block. He has normal blood pressure.
