Hi, Both Neocitran and Nyquil contain acetaminophen and anti-histamines (depending on which products you are using), that can cause excessive drowsiness and an overdose of acetaminophen, which can cause problems. Nyquil is best taken before bedtime and if you do take it, avoid further doses of Neocitran until you speak to your doctor. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
