	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Sat 30, May 2009 06:44am: Hello, Youcan take Clonazepam instead of lorazepam but the dose is different.0.25 Clonazepam has a simular effect to 1mg of Lorazepam which has a similar effect to 5mg of diazepam.I would suggest that you consult your physician before changing yourself.
