bumps that leave purple bruse

	I have these red bumps, sometimes white at the tip, on my thigh. They are sore to the touch. Scab over and leave a purple bruse Been to the docter they had no answer. If popped white puss sometimes blood comes out. Now I am noticing small bumps on my children and am very nervous. the bumps are on their face and butt. I am thinking I have Herpes and wondering how easy it is to transfer. Only by sexual contact?

I would suggest you to apply Neosporin to the affected part and see if it helps. Genital herpes is an STD and spreads only by sexual contact. Keep the area clean and dry and if the bumps do not heal in few days time please consult a dermatologist. Keep us posted!
