a vitamin ordor in my urine after exercising, no change in diet, not curently taking vitamins

	I am 29 female currently only taking zoloft and am taking no vitamins. my question is after I exercise my urine right after smells like vitamins, but only right after sort of a strong vitamin smell the color is no different, and my diet has not changed

	Answer by Dr Simran, MD (doctor) on Fri 08, Aug 2008 08:32am: Hello phyllis 110252, Zoloft may cause cloudy urine.You should go for a urine examination to asess the presence of any drugs.Also ketosis is common after exercise. Ketone bodies accumulate in the blood, partly get breathed out, some appear in the urine, and majority are burnt by the muscles, brain and other tissues of the body.You should consult a medical practitioner and get proper tests done.
