	Why cant i have more than one orgasm during sexual intercourse and how come my penis is not very big is this normal

	Answer by Dr.Bhumika Aggarwal (doctor) on Wed 07, Jan 2009 01:27pm: Hi , Males enter a period of 'refractoriness' after a period of orgasmwhich is characterized by sudden drop in libido and penile detumiscence (loss of erection capability). This is natural and biologic, and has nothing to do with the size of the male sexual organ. This is contrasted with that of a femalewho can have multiple orgasms in a given time. The reason for the difference isunclear up to this time. Regards.
