Use of meridea (sibutramine) with 75mg of Effexor XR

	I have read that meridea should not be used with effexor xr but i am on such a low dose will I need to come off the effexor and if so how long should it be stopped before the meridea. By the way I am going to be using the meridea for weightloss.
