Hi, Causes of blood in sputum are - Amyloidosis ,Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) ,Lung Cancer ,Pneumonia ,Tuberculosis ,Wegener's Granulomatosis , Acute or chronic bronchitis Bleeding disorder including anticoagulant therapy ,Bronchial adenoma ,Bronchiectasis and many others . Please consult an ENT surgeon and Chest physician for the diagnosis for treatment . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
