HI, swollen vaginal lip along with itching can be due to an infection. Varicosity of the vagina will manifest as internal swelling looking like a bag of worms. The possibility of a vaginal cyst, cervical polyp etc also needs to be ruled out. You need to consult your Doctor for a detailed evaluation. Hope this helps. Take care and good luck.
