Hi, I agree with Dr. Sandeep. The drainage down back of your throat is known as post nasal drip or clearing of throat. You are also complaining of burning pain in the chest and cough as well. This symptoms of your's are suggestive of Laryngopharyngeal reflux superseded by said Acute Bronchitis. The 24-hour dual sensor pH probe is considered by many to be the gold standard for diagnosing Laryngopharyngeal reflux. Kindly consult Your physician.
