Stopping Meds Cold Turkey

	Hello I just had a question about my meds. For 5 years I was taking Prevacid 30mg Alprazolam 0.5mg and Paxil 25mg and last month my doc had me stop the Paxil cold turkey and start using Budeprion XL 150mg. After 2 weeks it wasn't working for me so she told me to quit the Budeprion as well cold turkey I did it. Well it been a couple weeks and the dizziness is nonstop witch I had some before I stopped the Paxil but now is everyday with some really bad headaches that shoot pain through the left side of my head. I guess the main question is this dangerous to my health stopping all this at once. I also quit smoking July 4th just to give you an idea what all I have stopped cold turkey. Thanks in advance for any anwsers or ideas so I can get on with a normal day. Thanks
