	Answer by Dr. Rajgopal, MBBS (doctor) on Sat 01, Aug 2009 12:12pm: Hi, The most probable causes of right abdomen swelling are Cirrhosis of liver , Appendicitis , Gallstones , liver cancer , Nephrotic syndrome, Cholecystitis , Crohn's disease and many other conditions Please go for a USG , CT scan abdomen , LFT and consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis .
