RASH that's not itchy and centrally located

	I have developed a rash all over my lower stomach, back, near my genital area, some on my upper legs, my shoulders, neck, and chin. They are pimple size and actually look like pimples, some with puss-like pockets that you can pop. They are red. But they do not itch at all. I am a 35-year-old woman. What could this be, and should I worry about it? I don't know where or when I got it or where it came from or what caused it.

'Miliaria (miliaria rubra, sweat rash or prickly heat) is a skin disease marked by small and itchy rashes. Miliaria is a common ailment in hot and humid conditions, such as in the tropics and during the summer season. ' 'The prevention and treatment of miliaria primarily consists of controlling heat and humidity so that sweating is not stimulated. Measures may involve treating a febrile illness; removing occlusive clothing; limiting activity; providing air conditioning; or, as a last resort, having the patient move to a cooler climate.'
