Hi,
How are you? With diarrhea and vomiting, you may be having gastroenteritis. Both symptoms may lead to
dehydration and dizziness. It is important that you drink plenty of water and fluids. High blood pressure, on
the other hand, is diagnosed as such through blood pressure reading. It usually produces no symptoms although
some people report headaches, fatigue, dizziness, blurred vision, facial flushing, transient insomnia or
difficulty sleeping. In individuals older than 50 years, hypertension is considered to be present when a
person's systolic blood pressure is consistently 140 mm Hg or greater.
Take care and regards.
