Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo- Double Dosed before the day I didn't take a pill

	Hi, I'm currently taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo (Going on 3-4 month) and just this past Sunday I began a new pack. However, I had messed up the alignment day and numbers on the dial so when I looked on Monday I thought I had forgotten to take a pill. So I took two white pills on Monday, then later realized my mistake after fixing the dial so I just skipped Tuesday's pill and continued taking them normally on Wednesday. But my partner's condom (w/ spermicide lubricant) slipped off into my vagina during intercourse late Friday night and he ejaculated inside me. Should I worry about pregnancy and take an emergency contraceptive or just continue with my normal birth control?
