my problem is involuntary movements due to stomach upset. lots of gas comming out of my mouth. i mean burps

Hi, Please change your diet and include a lot of fresh fruits,vegetables,yoghurt,lots of papaya.Avoid oily,spicy,canned or fast food.Take fruit salts to release gas and take some light exercises that help in eliminating gas.Hope this helps you. Take care and regards !
