If the bacterial throat infection can be treated with antibiotics as early as detected and responds, then the
infection would already have been completely resolved and therefore rendered less communicative after 48-72
hours. This does not mean that you can totally avoid catching the infection but the probability will be
lower.
A possible problem that I can see is that if there is a concomitant viral component, which cannot be treated
with antibiotics. These viral infections should also would have healed after 3-4 days but can still remain
communicable.
I suggest you keep yourself and your immune system healthy by eating a balanced diet, with vitamin and mineral
supplementation if necessary.
