Hi, I'm 36 years old, but the problem I've been having I've had all my life. When I was in high school and I
played football, and I did any type of major exertion, I'd get dizzy my heart would race and I'd feel like I was
going to pass out. And any time I do any type of exertion, like working out with friends,as a teenager and now, I'd get
so dizzy and a pain in my stomach. I'd always have to lay down when this happens. I get dizzy walking up stairs,
carrying in grocery's I have to go lay down after bringing them in. My wife thinks I'm lazy, but that's not
it. Something is physically wrong with me. If I don't move around much and lay completely flat, and don't move.
I've noticed by lay under a fan and not move, after lying on the ground for 15 minutes after doing exertion I'll be
ok. I'd be able to get up, but still very weak. The pain in my stomach, like in the center of my stomach, its the worst
pain I've ever felt. When the pain comes over me. I feel like I want to die. I own every gym equipment known to man, but
can't use them, because every time I do. I get that dizziness, sweaty, and that pain in my stomach. I've always felt
that it feels like something is emptying into my stomach, causing the pain. Next problem that accompanies this is I'm
always hungry. It doesn't matter what I eat, low carbs high protein. I eat to prevent my stomach from hurting not that
I want to eat. I'm 5'11 190 lbs. I eat small meals all day, which prevents the pains. I had an ECG I couldn't
do the full 15 minutes, but did 10 min.. Then the room started moving on me. I also had cat scan done on my heart. Everything
is said to be ok. No one can tell me why my stomach hurts when I work out. Dr.'s say I just need not to push my self. 5
minutes of exercise is not pushing it in my opinion. One more important thing, anytime I start feeling hot, like 85 degrees
or higher I get nauseous, sick to my stomach, and feel like I'm going to pass out. Because of this nauseous feeling I
try to avoid all exercises, which I know is bad. But, when I say the pain is so great in my stomach, I'm not kidding.
Many times at night I wake up with night sweats also, I don't know if this is related or not. I hope you can help.
Thank you. Please realize I've had these pains in my stomach from exertion as long as I can remember. Not due to taking
any medication. Eating to prevent hunger pains is no way to live. I eat two chicken breasts and in two hours my stomachs
killing me with hunger pains.
