I have very sore hard spots under the skin around my chin area. Have gotten Duac gel from pharmacy

	I have very sore hard spots under the skin around my chin area. Have gotten Duac gel from pharmacy but am wondering if there is anything else I can do to get rid of these and is the gel only for topical spots ?
