	Hi,. I'm a circumcised teen male. I am not sexual active, I've only kissed a girl. I have little white bumps on my scrotum and at the has of my shaft. But according to the site that is normal, I've never been worried about that. But recently I've has a couple bumps get bigger and they kinda hurt if you touch then. They turn red, and the top is red but when I get out of the shower the top is clear/red. Can you please help me! I'm really scared! Please just help me and tell me anything you know! Ps. I shower everyday because I am really athletic I play top level hockey and soccer. So I don't think it's a cleansing problem....

	Answer by Dr Bhupinder K, MD (doctor) on Wed 28, Jul 2010 05:53am: Hello, Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts , molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
