Cancer? - Sever headache, MRI showed nothing: Large lump on quarter of finger

I have had severe headaches for about four months, my doctor said they are not migraines. However I had an MrI and nothing came Up. Fr about 5 months I have been getting very dizzy. SOmetimes I have to sit down, and a couple times I have actually passed out. My doctor ordered a blood test but that was in October and nothing besides low WBC and RBC came up. IN January I started getting very very tired sometimes I would come home from school and go straight to sleep. I also have noticed some weird bruising on my legs, and I got a bloody nose today which is the first I have ever had. Also ( gory details) my periods have lasted for about five days with very very heavy bleeding. Any Ideas as to what it could be ? I also have a large lump the size of a quarter on my finger

Hi, This could be a brain infection, a blood disorder or systemic infection. You need to reconsult with your doctor and get the following investigations done - get them repeated if you have already had them earlier. You need an ultrasound abdomen, a platelet count, hemoglobin levels, bleeding time and clotting time, Prothrombin time, Lumbar puncture and if required a repeat MRI. These would rule out the possible causes and help reach a confirmed diagnosis.
