All of these 'bone' pains that you are experiencing, the headaches and the tired feeling, with the
background of 'normal' physician findings, may all be part of a pain syndrome like fibromyalgia.
This is characterized by certain tender points in the body, like the occipital area, trapezius muscle, elbow
prominences, pelvic bones, etc.
The exact cause of this pain syndrome is not yet fully elucidated but it has something to do with inadequate
tissue recovery brought about by lack of restorative sleep. This in turn is caused by some form of anxiety or
mild depression, as well as stress.
Treatment will start from lowering stress and anxiety levels as well as inducing a restorative form of sleep
which is also possible through some form of antidepressant therapy. Standard pain medications such as
acetaminophen may also help in lowering the pain.
I suggest you discuss this entity specifically with your doctors when you meet with them, and possibly ask
about treating along this line.
Regards and God bless.
