Bad cramping and heavy bleeding with my menstral cycle

	I have bad cramping and really heavy bleeding with my menstral cycle, what could cause it and what should i do? I don't usually bleed this heavy!!

Sudden loss or gain in weight, hormonal imbalance, uterine polyps, fibroids, lack of ovulation and IUD (intrauterine devices) can cause heavy bleeding. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/menorrhagia/DS00394/DSECTION=causes Please consult a gynecologist as exact cause can be identified only after clinical examination. Meanwhile you can Iron supplements and OTC NSAIDS for pain relief. Do keep us posted!
